First Look Teaser for Acclaimed 'Josephine' Film with Channing Tatum

Sumerian Pictures has finally unveiled the first teaser trailer for the highly acclaimed film Josephine, one of the best films of 2026 finally getting released this fall. The second feature film made by acclaimed filmmaker Beth de Araújo, this premiered at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival and won both the Audience Award & Grand Jury Prize at the fest. It also played at the Berlin Film Festival in the Main Competition and has been getting rave reviews during the year. I'm one of those who has been praising it! After 8-year-old Josephine accidentally witnesses a heinous crime in Golden Gate Park, she begins to act out violently to protect herself. This emotional trauma leads to conflicts between her parents as they search for justice, and a way to feel safe again as a loving family.
