We have nearly 40 years of experience making people happy.

Rwangezi Stephen established the Ndere group in 1984 as a cultural organization that uses theater, dance, and music to promote world togetherness. The organization is one of more than 1600 Uganda Development Theatre Association companies that use theater, dance, and music to inform and amuse the public.

Given that the term "endere" means "flute," the Ndere Troupe is a flute troupe.

The flute was selected as a symbol of beauty because it generated music that was so lovely and captivating and could be used to convey a variety of feelings, including love, loneliness, and sorrow.

Since flutes are played by individuals all across the world, they also represent global unity. The flute is comparable to the blood that circulates through our body regardless of our physical differences. The Ndere Troupe takes great pleasure in highlighting similarities and highlighting the many distinctions.
