Eerie Trailer for 'Trees are Watching' Horror Film Starring Eva Green

"In a forgotten town, the curse never sleeps..." ? Mij Film has revealed the first official trailer for the indie horror film titled Trees are Watching, made by Kurdish filmmaker Bahman Ghobadi as his latest feature. This eerie, mysterious eco horror film stars Eva Green and will premiere at the 2026 Toronto Film Festival this fall as one of their major festival world premieres. There she is haunted by the memories of twin girls from her childhood, and the two trees planted as their memorials, the only that remain among mass deforestation.
