Mahogany Springs

Our assistant manager team, led by Subedi, includes world-class bartender Abraham and hospitality specialist Fred. Subedi was both general manager and head chef for many years, and his menus reflect that. He has received international training and enjoys making exquisite dishes inspired by the locations he has seen and the people he has met.

Our operations and booking staff are based in Kampala. This team is led by Josephine, who has over 12 years of experience in Uganda's tourist business. Josephine is assisted by Senior Consultant Babra, an expert in Ugandan safaris and customer hospitality. Both Josephine and Babra assist clients from pre-arrival until departure.

The remainder of the lodge team was hired locally and trained to the highest standards. We would be delighted to welcome you to Mahogany Springs for your gorilla tracking excursion.
