Volcano Safari Lodges

Volcanoes Safaris is the only firm in the world that focuses solely on Uganda and Rwanda's gorilla and chimpanzee parks, a rare and unusual sort of ecotourism. We have three lodges near the mountain gorilla parks: Virunga Lodge in Rwanda, Bwindi Lodge, and Mount Gahinga Lodge in Uganda. Kyambura Gorge Lodge and Kibale Lodge, which will open in early 2024, are chimpanzee-focused.

The Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust has developed unique community and conservation programs that connect each of our lodges, allowing guests to experience the local community while also participating in eco-tourism and community-based conservation.
