Mayanja River Lodge Ltd

We have erected a new lodge on the banks of the Mayanja River, in our core region (Nakaseke) in the heart of Kafu, which has Africa's greatest Sitatunga density. This area created the current Rowland Ward No. 1 and SCI Nos. 2 and 3 East African Sitatunga. This location is also the target of a research study by the University of Alberta on Sitatunga behavior and other techniques of assessing population density to observation.

Mayanja River Lodge features four beautiful, fully serviced East African safari tents. It features a huge mess hall, a fully stocked bar, and an ice machine. Handcrafted Teak furniture, a cozy lounge area, and a fireplace complete the interior design. The camp has a waterhole and a water purification system. A generator provides power throughout the day, while a battery pack provide full-time electricity at night. All of our camps have access to Wi-Fi.
