Automobile Association of Uganda

Welcome to the Automobile Association of Uganda, your one-stop shop for anything motoring. The Automobile Association of Uganda was founded in the 1950s as a section of the East African Automobile Drivers Association, with its headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.
The purpose of this organization is to assist all motorists on the road with answers to motoring-related concerns.

AA membership is available to everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, or nationality. This membership is offered to both motor vehicle owners and non-owners.

The AA membership card is internationally recognized. Always carry your AAID and receive service at any AA office worldwide.

AA Uganda membership categories include Founder Members, who have been members since December 1986.

Individual members
Persons who have been recognized as individual members after paying the required fees. In the case of a married pair, if either the husband or wife is a member, the advantages of membership will be extended to the member's spouse at a reduced charge.

Corporate Members
A company, firm, or association with at least five employees may propose all or some of its employees (but not less than five) as corporate members, provided that the company, firm, or association pays a single consolidated and reduced admission fee and graded annual subscription.

Commercial Members
A company, firm, or association that has a fleet of at least five vehicles registered under its name.
